Fourth Street Clinic delivers comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare to individuals facing homelessness, improving health with lasting impact.
For many Utahns experiencing homelessness, Fourth Street Clinic is their first and only chance at a diagnosis and ongoing treatment. By increasing access to primary care, Fourth Street Clinic is a major partner in ending homelessness, promoting community health and achieving across-the-board health care savings.
2026 Homeless Data Report
The Salt Lake Valley Coalition to End Homelessness’ 2026 Homelessness Data Report provides a look at homelessness across Salt Lake County, bringing together Point-in-Time Count data, housing capacity, population trends and system performance measures from 2023–2026.
