Christina joins the Fourth Street Clinic Board of Directors having served on the boards of YWCA Utah, Voices for Utah Children, and Rowland Hall. She is the current Chair of the Advancement Committee. Her professional background is in marketing and brand strategy and she is an Account Director at the advertising agency, R&R Partners. Christina graduated from Wellesley College and earned an Ed.M. from Harvard in Human Development & Psychology. She lives in the Avenues with her family.
Nora Trinidad-Scholle is a dynamic and innovative nonprofit leader with more than two decades of experience in public service administration, operations, and community impact. Her career has been defined by transformative leadership, strategic growth, and an unwavering commitment to equity and social change.
Nora currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of Utah, where she brings her signature blend of operational excellence and movement-building expertise to one of the state’s most enduring youth-serving organizations. She joined the council from the Larry H. & Gail Miller Family Foundation—one of Utah’s premier philanthropic institutions—where she helped shape the foundation’s evolution into one of the state’s fastest-growing and most impactful funders.
Previously, Nora served as Chief Operating Officer at YWCA Utah, a 116-year-old organization dedicated to eliminating racism and empowering women. There, she led a broad portfolio that included organizational operations, external relations, infrastructure, risk management, and strategic planning, all while centering equity and mission alignment in every facet of her work.
A passionate community builder and systems thinker, Nora is known for weaving together strategy, creativity, and collaboration to drive measurable outcomes. She brings a sharp business mind, a growth mindset, and a deep belief that community-centered, justice-driven leadership can transform organizations and the lives they touch.
A dedicated advocate, Nora currently serves on the board of the Fourth Street Clinic, which provides vital healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness. She has also served on the boards of Planned Parenthood Association of Utah, the Washington Heights Neighborhood Association (WI), and the Washington Park Partners Community Concert Series. In 2021, she was recognized as one of Utah Business Magazine’s 30 Women to Watch.
Originally from the Midwest, Nora made her home in the Mountain West over a decade ago and never looked back. She’s an avid skier (and occasional coach), a novice carpenter, and an urban homesteader. She lives in Salt Lake City with her partner Mike, their blended family of four kids, and a menagerie of pets—including a lively flock of chickens named Lisa, Nila, Zoomies, Punky, Angelica, and Zelda.
Representative Eliason began his legislative service in 2011. He currently represents the Utah House’s 43rd district which consists of a portion of Salt Lake County. Representative Eliason currently serves as the House Parliamentarian.
Steve is a licensed CPA and received his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Utah and he received his Master’s degree in Business Administration, also from the University of Utah. Steve works as a Senior Finance Director at University of Utah Hospitals & Clinics from 2015 to present. He has also served as President of the Board of Trustees for The Road Home.
Dr. Osman Sanyer is a family physician who cared for patients in Salt Lake City for nearly forty years. In 1986, Dr. Sanyer was one of the original group of providers who established the Salt Lake Community Health Centers, where he served as medical director from 1990-1993. In that role, he was involved with the administration of the 4th Street Clinic during the clinic’s early years of existence.
From 1997 through his retirement in 2024, Dr. Sanyer was a full-time faculty member in the University of Utah Department of Family & Preventive Medicine. He served as the residency program director or associate director for seventeen years during that time period. Dr. Sanyer’s primary areas of clinical and academic interest focused on obstetrics and maternal-child health for the first portion of his career at the University and behavioral health in primary care in his later career. Since retiring, Dr. Sanyer continues to engage the community through volunteer and mentoring activities. Dr. Sanyer received his M.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1983 and completed his family medicine residency at the University of Rochester in 1986.
Lisa-Michele Church’s professional background includes more than 30 years of public and private service as an attorney, historian, and community activist. She served in the Executive Cabinet for two Utah governors where she advocated for issues of social justice from helping individual families negotiate the challenges of mental illness to advocating at a national level for more effective substance abuse prevention strategies during Utah’s methamphetamine epidemic. In her law practice she served as Vice President/General Counsel at a Fortune 500 company where she was instrumental in negotiating the venue agreements for the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic Games.
As Executive Director of Utah’s Department of Human Services, Ms. Church addressed child protection, juvenile justice, mental illness, drug addiction, services for people with disabilities, elder abuse, and child support collection. Subsequently, as Court Administrator for Utah’s juvenile court system, she was able to continue her advocacy for youth and families across courts statewide. She worked with judges and court staff to prioritize the needs of underserved youth such as girls in the juvenile justice system and teenagers aging out of foster care without family attachments.
She served on the Utah State Board of Higher Education (formerly Board of Regents) from 2019-2023 and chaired the board during 2022-2023. She believes strongly in the power of education to change the trajectories of entire families and works toward inclusivity and opportunity for all.
Lisa-Michele is a published historian by avocation and passion. Having grown up in the California and Utah, she is interested in vernacular architecture, especially early 20th century mom-and-pop businesses such as motels, cafes, and grocery stores. She speaks often to community groups on topics of tourism, iconic neon signs, vintage apartment buildings, and road-building throughout Utah. Her publications include Vintage Signs of Utah – Volume Two (Relentless History, 2024), Vintage Signs of Utah – Volume One (Relentless History, 2022); Historic Apartment Buildings of Salt Lake City (Relentless History, 2019); “Historic Salt Lake City Apartments of the Early Twentieth Century” (Utah Historical Quarterly, Vol. 84, Num.1, 2016); and “Early Roadside Motels and Motor Courts of St. George” (Utah Historical Quarterly, Vol. 80, Num. 1, 2012). Her presentations include Isolation to Inundation: Tourism History in Southern Utah,(Smithsonian Symposium, 2023); Red Rocks and Race Cars: Charles Bigelow and the Arrowhead Highway; Handmade Adobe Brick Homes of Panguitch, Utah; Women-Owned Beauty Shops in Rural Utah; From the Land No One Wanted to the Land Everyone Wanted to See.
Kim Myers currently works within Intermountain Health – Behavioral Health Clinical Program as the Program Manager. In this role she is focused on supporting the implementation of the IH behavioral health strategic plan goals which include doubling access to behavioral health, reducing the number of suicides, improving outcomes through measurement based care and spreading integrated behavioral healthcare. Prior to joining Intermountain in 2022, Kim worked with the Utah Division of Substance Use and Mental Health for 10 years, most recently as the Assistant Director over mental health. She received her Bachelors Degree at Weber State University and her Masters of Social work at Portland State University.
Jane joins the Board of Directors of Fourth Street Clinic after previously serving on its Corporate Council and Advisory Board, as well as on the boards of Clark Planetarium and Red Butte Garden. Deeply engaged in the community, she teaches English to students at Guadalupe School in the evenings and serves as Chief People Officer at IC Group.
Jane and her husband have four children.
David is the Senior Vice President Professional Services for Health Catalyst. David also spent 23 years in executive leadership positions at Intermountain Healthcare, a Utah-based, not-for-profit system of 22 hospitals, 185 clinics, and 1,400 employed physicians that is widely recognized as a leader in clinical quality improvement and in efficient healthcare delivery. For the last nine years, Grauer served as CEO/Administrator of Intermountain Medical Center, a 502-bed hospital in suburban Salt Lake City that is both Utah’s largest hospital and the flagship of Intermountain Healthcare. Previously, he was CEO/Administrator of two other Intermountain hospitals: Cottonwood Hospital and TOSH—The Orthopedic Specialty Hospital.
Kelley has been Vice President of Operations at High Country Line Construction since 2015. In this role, he is responsible for customer relations, safety, estimating, project management, profitability, and overall successful project delivery. In his nearly 20 years of construction experience, Kelley has gained valuable construction project expertise in hospitals, pharmaceutical plants, renewable energy, electrical grid and EPC/design build delivery.
Prior to High Country, Kelley spent four years with Atkinson Power as project manager and four years with parent company, Clark Construction as assistant superintendent and project engineer. He holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Denver, and a Bachelor of Science, in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. Kelley is an active member of NECA Southwest and Missouri Valley chapters and a board member of the Fourth Street Clinic – supporting future growth with the programs and partnerships committee.
Hilaree is the Business Applications Director at Intermountain Healthcare. She has over 20 years of experience in Business Application Management with an emphasis on Payroll and Accounting. She is widely recognized for her ability to build and maintain strong relationships. She is able to effectively bring individuals and groups together and drive consensus to achieve common goals.
In addition to Hilaree’s role at Intermountain Healthcare, she also serves as the President of the Utah Healthcare Financial Management Association. Hilaree holds an MBA from the University of Utah.
Dave Jones is a co-founder of Pathway Associates and a veteran fundraising consultant. With over twenty years of fund-raising experience, and more than forty capital and major gift campaigns to his credit, Dave brings a wealth of experience to his clients and a sincere passion for their causes. “I’m in the business of helping people realize their dreams for their community,” he claims. “Whether I’m working to develop a new performing arts center, build a school for disadvantaged children, or restore a historic cathedral, there is nothing more rewarding than helping worthy organizations tap the resources they need to fulfill their missions.”
In addition to his development work, Dave served for twelve years as a member of the Utah House of Representatives. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Utah and is active with numerous boards and commissions in his home state of Utah, including the Utah Nonprofits Association, the Utah Society of Fundraisers (AFP).
Jim is assistant dean for student affairs and an associate professor (clinical) at the University of Utah College of Pharmacy. He is also a faculty relations specialist in the Office of Academic Affairs for the Senior Vice President for Health Sciences.
Jim has adjunct appointments in the School of Medicine-Center for Health Ethics, Arts and Humanities, in the College of Law, and in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Pharmaceutics at the University of Utah. His teaching, scholarship and clinical activities focus on pharmacy and healthcare law, ethical dilemmas in healthcare, FDA law and regulation, health care policy, pharmacy compounding, community pharmacy practice, communication and conflict.
Jim is a member of the Utah Bar and the US Patent and Trademark Office Bar. Jim is trained in conflict resolution and is a mediator. He received academic degrees in science (BS Biology), pharmacy (BS Pharmacy and PharmD), and law (JD) from the University of Utah.
Jeanne DePaulis spent her entire career in healthcare, almost exclusively at Primary Children’s Hospital. She gained extensive clinical experience in the Outpatient Clinic, Behavioral Health Unit and as Nursing Director of the Infant Unit. She moved into administration and eventually retired as the Assistant Administrator responsible for Pharmacy, Respiratory Care, Family Support Services (social Work and Psychology, Child Life, Palliative Care, Chaplaincy, Language Services, Music Therapy, Patient Education), Staff Education, Safe and Healthy Families (Child Protection Team) and Primary Children’s Behavioral Health Programs (inpatient, outpatient, residential). She also held administrative positions in both the Research and Ethics Committees.
She holds a BA in Sociology from Wayne State University, a BS in Nursing from the University of Utah and a Healthcare MBA from Regis University as well as a Certificate in Conflict Resolution from the University of Utah.
In her professional life, Libby has raised funds for The Nature Conservancy around the globe, opened Salt Lake City’s first public recycling center, worked as an NPS Backcountry Ranger at the Grand Canyon, directed Patagonia’s environmental program, and more. Currently, Libby serves as the Senior Director of Development at the Grand Canyon Trust.
She wholeheartedly believes in community engagement and giving back. When she’s not working or volunteering, she’s sharing time with family and friends and exploring all corners of the world. She and her husband Stuart Ruckman have one son, Ellis Ruckman.
