Outreach Director

Trina Taylor is a passionate healthcare leader with over 30 years of experience advancing programs that serve vulnerable populations. As Outreach Services Director at Fourth Street Clinic, she oversees mobile clinics, street medicine, shelter-based outreach and the MVP (Medically Vulnerable People) program—a 165-bed facility located in a refurbished motel that provides medical support to individuals recovering from illness or injury while experiencing homelessness. She leads with a trauma-informed approach and a deep commitment to community collaboration, working across sectors to improve health outcomes and expand access to care.

Throughout her career, Trina has held leadership roles in nonprofit healthcare, social services, and child advocacy. She has directed clinics, secured major grants, launched community initiatives and mentored multidisciplinary teams. Trina holds a Master of Health Administration and is deeply committed to building work environments rooted in empathy, curiosity and respect. Her work is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves dignity, connection and compassionate care.
