Wasatch Homeless Health Care, Inc., dba Fourth Street Clinic, is renovating its patient lobby to streamline the check-in experience and create a safer, more enjoyable space for our clients.
We are seeking qualified contractors for construction/renovation of the clinic’s main reception area and conference rooms.
Fourth Street Clinic will receive sealed bids until until 3:00pm MST on Wednesday, March 25, 2020. The public bid opens at 3:15pm on March 25, 2020.

NOTICE TO ALL PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS:
This will be a FEDERALLY FINANCED COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT. All rules & regulations governing such projects will be applicable. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible & responsive bidder, whose bid meets the requirements & criteria set forth in the request for bids. Requirements for prevailing wage rates & certified payrolls apply as it is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act.
Also, work to be completed under this project is subject to the requirements of Sec. 3 of the Housing & Urban Development Act of 1968, the purpose of which is to ensure employment and other economic opportunities generated by HUD-assisted projects shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be directed to low & very low income persons, particularly persons who are recipients of HUD assistance for housing.
All prime contractors participating in this project must have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number and be registered on the federal System for Award Management (SAM) at sam.gov. They are responsible for ensuring all subcontractors are registered on sam.gov and have not been debarred.
