Run for Home! Join in a fun run to benefit VOA’s homeless youth legal clinic.
Lace up your shoes and run with the Volunteers of America in the third annual Run for Home, a 5K and 10K run to support VOA’s homeless youth legal clinic. The legal clinic has served over 100 homeless youth at VOA’s Youth Resource Center over the past year.
The race will start and finish at Salt Lake City’s 9th South River Park and run along the Jordan River Parkway. This family friendly event will include course support, t-shirts, finish medals, raffles and a breakfast block party! Run with us, join the party and support legal services for homeless youth.

7:00 am – Packet Pick Up / Race Day Registration (bib, shirt, raffle ticket, etc.)
8:00 am – 10K Run for Home ($25 registration – discount for students)
8:30 am – 5K Run for Home ($20 registration – discount for students)
9:30 am – Finish Medals, Raffle, Breakfast & Block Party

10K Run for Home Course
- Start/Finish: 800 South and Jordan River Parkway Trail
- Run south to the 9 Line Trail, turn west
- Run west along 9 Line Trail to Navajo Street and turn around, running back to Jordan River Parkway Trail
- At Jordan River Parkway Trail, run south to 2100 South, turn around, run back to 800 South and Jordan River Parkway Trail
5K Run for Home Course
- Start/Finish: 800 South and Jordan River Parkway Trail
- Run south to 1700 South, turn around and return to finish
